David Smith, owner and founder, has been involved in the home building and renovation industry for more than twenty years. Dave retired from a 34 year school teaching career in 2004 and began pursuing the home building business full-time with his two sons. He has lived in the Lehigh Valley area his entire life and has also worked part-time as a licensed real estate agent. Dave’s experience and understanding of the homebuyer’s needs plays an integral role in the building process of Smithwell Construction.     Ryan Smith is a Penn State graduate with dual degrees in Geo-Environmental Engineering and Environmental Systems Engineering. He has had five years of work experience with an engineering firm before joining Smithwell Construction. Ryan’s experience and training in design has enabled him to guide our customers through the development of their dream home or renovation project.     Aaron Smith is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Civil engineering, and a focus on Construction Management. He has had two years of training experience with an engineering firm as well as two years work experience in high-end custom home construction management. Aaron’s dedicated service to our customers is his primary objective in order to provide the high quality craftsmanship Smithwell Construction takes pride in.
